🚚 Order preparation

Orders placed before 12:00 noon are shipped on the same business day.

Orders placed after that time are shipped on the next business day.

Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

⏱ Delivery times

We work with MRW and NACEX to offer fast, reliable deliveries:

• Standard delivery: 24–72 business hours.

Times are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond Click Slot's control, such as logistics issues, public holidays or transport conditions.

💰 Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

✅ Free shipping on orders over 100 €.

📦 Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

⚠️ Delivery issues

If you notice a problem with your order, such as damage or an error, report it within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt.

❗ Undelivered or returned orders

If an order is returned for reasons beyond Click Slot's control, such as an incorrect address or repeated absence, the customer bears the reshipping costs.
